Informed Consent Policy
At Faces By Flynn, informed consent is an essential part of every treatment. Before proceeding, clients will be provided with relevant information regarding the proposed treatment, including its costs, potential benefits, risks, limitations and alternative options. We are committed to transparency, client safety and ensuring every client can make an informed decision about their treatment.

Booking Fee & Cancellation Policy
A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Cancellations or appointment changes made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Before & After Photography Policy
Clinical photographs may be taken before and after treatment to document your progress, assist with treatment planning and maintain accurate clinical records. These photographs will be stored securely and treated confidentially. They will not be used for marketing or published online without your separate consent.

Suitability for Treatment Policy
Not all clients are suitable candidates for every treatment. Suitability is assessed on an individual basis following a consultation and consideration of relevant medical history, concerns and treatment goals. Faces By Flynn reserves the right to decline, postpone or discontinue treatment where it is considered clinically inappropriate or not in the client’s best interests.

Post-Treatment Care Policy
Post-treatment care instructions will be provided via email or text following your appointment. If you do not receive these instructions, please contact Faces By Flynn promptly. Following the recommended aftercare advice is important to support recovery and minimise the risk of complications.

If you experience any unexpected or concerning symptoms following treatment, please contact Faces By Flynn as soon as possible. If you experience severe or rapidly worsening symptoms, seek urgent medical attention.

Two-Week Review Policy
A review appointment approximately two weeks after treatment is encouraged where appropriate to assess your response, discuss your results and address any concerns. If further treatment or adjustments are recommended, these will be discussed with you and may incur an additional fee, depending on the treatment required.
